OK, so, you know how sometimes you'll hear a song lyric, that up until now has been unintelligible, but suddenly you know what they're saying?
I had one of those a couple of days ago.

Nena, doing "99 Luftballons", in English. I'm surprised it took me as long as it did to get the line "back at base, bugs in the software". At least, given how I've been earning a living for the past seven years.

I do find it entertaining that I only get those 'a-ha!' moments when I'm badly sleep deprived :).

I get them too. Sometimes I'm entertained. Mostly I'm disturbed.

Last night, in the length of a cigarette I thought of at least 10 ways to produce electricity on the moon. It was a mild "Aha" but one none the less.

I'm mostly disturbed at the insights I get, I'm amused at the fact that they only happen when sleep deprived.
