I don't agree with seatbelt or helmet laws, but that's more an issue of personal choice for me. If Joe Squidly wants to ride his ABC1000XYZ helmetless and in a tanktop and flip-flops, let 'im. More food for the rest of us. Seatbelts, same thing. I figure anyone who's old enough to get a driver's license should be exempt from seatbelt and helmet laws. Kids are different, I figure it's the village's role and responsibility to protect them until they're old enough to grasp the consequences of their actions.
Most laws regarding what you "Must do" even for your kids... I figure if you come from stock dumb enough not to protect thier own young they deserve darwin's list as well.
