sistawendy gave me 18.
I lived in: One of the ickiest buildings on Capitol Hill. The managers were cool, and did a heroic job of keeping the place as well-run as it was, but they were working with zero budget for repairs from the landlord, so the whole place was held together with bubble gum and newspaper. Not bad for a building that had been built as a cheap
rooming house in the first decade of last century (and not noticeably updated since then).
I drove: While I had a drivers license, I rode the bus.
I was in a relationship with: Carl. The one who taught me everything I know about manipulation, emotional hostage-taking, and guilt as a weapon. Still stands out as the worst break-up of my life.
I feared: Having to admit to my dad that I was wrong.
I worked at: American Inventory, and the Guild 45th.
I wanted to be: Free...
