Yet another valiant attempt to avoid work
Oct. 8th, 2009 02:36 pmSo, I'm reading a discussion thread, that's mostly grumping about 'Why can't men find their own stuff?'. And I find myself wondering, do same sex couples tend to fall into the same dynamic, where one person is 'The Keeper of The Stuff', and the other is unable/unwilling to do their own looking, or is that dynamic restricted to stereotypical hetero couples?

I find this funny, because I knew someone in High school who could call his home, and whistle the handshake tones to trigger his modem...
I've taken to answering "Where is my..." questions with "It's on the nearest flat-ish surface where you were standing when you last finished with it."
Which is *such* an MS tech support answer...
