gwywnnyddProcessing strawberries for jam is much easier with minions.
Managed to get out to the fruit market and get a flat of jam-er, strawberries. Determined that it'll be a week or two before the raspberries come in. When they do, GirlTeen wants some. But I have enough jam-ready fruit for two batches of jam. And enough eat-now fruit that we should all be sated with strawberries before we are done :).
