I can never feel the difference when I gain and lose weight (+/- 15 in either direction throughout the year, usually all at once in a single month in the Fall and Spring respectively), but I feel a -huge- difference if I actually manage to eat all of the daily recommended produce and drink truly enough water 3 or 4 days in a row. By the 4th day, which I think is my max # of days I've sustained the habit so far, I feel like I can actually lift cars, race trains and see all the way to Alpha Centauri.
I'm noticing my knees don't hurt as much as they used to :). Ditto my arches.
Other than that, it's mostly been noticing that my clothes are fitting differently. Oh, and in the last couple of days, after ~ a month of eating 'a healthy amount' rather than my usual 'enough to kill a horse', I'm noticing that my tummy has shrunk. What had been a standard breakfast a month ago was, yesterday, uncomfortably full.
