Oh, *that's* annoying.

So I've been reading Antonia Fraser's _Marie Antoinette_ (a very good read, illustrates the woman's strengths as well as her weaknesses). And I get to page 422. Partway through the LAST CHAPTER. And the next page is... 459, partway through the epilogue.

AAAARRRRRGH!!!!

There was a mistake in the binding process, and a section was missed. That's OK, I called the store I bought it from, and they're willing to exchange it for a good copy. But it means I have to wait until tonight to find out how it ends! *wide eyed look*

SPOILER ALERT!!!

Other Spoilers -

Titanic - the boat sinks
JFK - someone shoots John Kennedy
7 Years in Tibet - the Dalai Lama gets exiled from Tibet
Braveheart - Wallace is captured and killed

I know... I am a horrible person for ruining these things for you.

Yep, Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI, made by Madame Toussaud herself. Who had taught music to their niece, and thus knew them personally. I can't imagine what that must have been like. Not only handling a real human head, sans body, but having it be someone you know. Gruesome, and traumatizing.

Ok, that *blows*. At least they're willing to trade so you don't end up hiding behind the stacks, thumbing pages & hunched over like a BiblioWho*re...
