Date: 2007-01-30 07:23 pm (UTC)He restricted my total salt intake without telling me things were "forbidden" I had to make choices. He then suggested I lower my dairy intake, Currently he suggested that I use meat as a flavoring rather than the mainstay of my meals. All in all it seems to be working, There are some things I miss and when that happens I eat them but I find that a little goes a long way now. (But that jar of sauerkraut was REALLY GOOD too).
I didn't "Eat too damn much" as much as I was "eating without noticing" a couple of hundred calories at a time. when I satrted watching my salt I noticed that soda or handful of whatever scarfed in passing.
