My baby's sick :(

When I'm riding, she makes sounds like she's got a warped front disc. Doesn't act like it, just has that ululating hum. And now, the oil idiot light has taken to flickering at me randomly. This in particular freaks me out, since the last time it started doing that, it was trying to tell me "You need an engine rebuild. NOW." That was a painfully expensive experience.
And the earliest I can get her in is next Friday. I'll have to see about taking the car to work next week, I don't want to load up miles if the engine or the brakes are bad.
And next week is finals week.
