Let's see, three batches of strawberry jam, using 8 cups of berries apiece, is at least two flats. better make it three, since there must be copious sampling, just to ensure quality standards are being adhered to :). Just to be safe, we'll say four flats.
If anyone has pint size canning jars they are willing to donate to the cause, I can fill them with jam (or strawberry stuff, at least).
