gwywnnyddThere's a commercial running right now, for some new cheeseburger pizza (Dominoes?). The premise is, there's a woman in her third trimester, and her husband is having 'sympathy cravings'. But the final line is what gets me. the husband has grabbed the pizza and run into the house, woman is looking at the delivery guy:
"You got any pork chops in there?"
"Uh, Pork chops?"
"Or funnel cake."
That matter of fact tone cracks me up every time.
My brother's birthday was a couple of days ago, we're having dinner to celebrate it tomorrow. He's always been more likely to try new foods than the rest of us. We'll be meeting for dinner at Kabul Afghan Cuisine. I'm looking forward to it. J., not so much.
Each day, I get a(t least one) phone call, that starts "*YOUR* son . . ." I think he's becoming a handful :).

It is your son because MY GENES would never have produced such behavior...
It is YOUR son because MY Teaching would never encouraged this...
MY genes are responsible for when he is beautiful, athletic or cute..
MY teaching is what makes him brilliant, charming and wonderful...
