Last summer it was too hot in the office. Last week we got AC installed (YAY!). The thermostat for it is in a little room, off eh main room (umm). The contractor set the thing to "Flash freeze" (BOOO!). And the person who knows how to adjust it is on vacation for the week.

Oh, and there wasn't any food in the house this morning, so I haven't had breakfast. And the only food in the office that looks appealing, is the five pounds of gummi bears. Which don't exactly fit on the diet I'm doing :}.

But in good news, the Bug said his first word! "Wa-er". We're working on the 't' sound.
Is anyone surprised that this child's first word was 'water'?

maybe sunscreen (as in ambre solaire)?
Sorry that I didn't reply sooner, but I was hoping to find some more info on the price. I still don't have all the info I'd like. *sigh* Shopping hours are frustrating around here.
Anyway, the last bottle was 10 euros (~$8.50 at the time). If the German price is still 10 euros, then a bottle will be ~$11.80-12. If I can't get it in Germany this time around, the best Dutch price I've seen is 15.50 euros (or $18.30-18.60).

Pricey, but worth it.
Let me know how much it ends up running, and I'll reimburse you in whatever form you see fit :).

ok, 2 bottles 60spf Ambre Solaire.

Just came back from the supermarket: found coupons for 2.50 off. I'll see how that compares to the German price... Funny how 1.23/liter for gas makes you think twice about driving.

Yeah, we're getting higher prices (at least, higher than we're used to) around here as well. Not nearly as pricey as EU & UK, but for us Muricans it's apalling :). I'm trying to figure out how to convince J. not to use the gas guzzling jeep for running around town :). The Saturn gets much better mileage :).
