Note: it could have been in the stack of paperwork I had to go through and sign before they would let me out of the hospital after the birth.
But, I was contacted a bit ago about having the Bug participate in one of the studies the ECL is doing. They were studying "means to the end" processing in infants.
What that meant for us, was we got to go down to Health Sciences, and Bug got to play with toys and show off how smart he is. He really impressed them with how focused and patient he was. He did really well in the first set of tasks (see the toy? Figure out how to get the toy!), and at least average with teh second set.
Then he had a meltdown on the way home, but such is life :).
