Need coffee. Forgot to stop and get creamer on my way in this morning. This leaves me with A) black coffee (which I only do with VERY good coffee, which this isn't), or B) icky powdered creamer. Which no one likes. But the office manager bought a bunch of it at Costco, and I don't think we'll ever be rid of it.
HUFF!

You do know that that powdered non-dairy creamer stuff is flammable, yes?

I've been trying (with indifferent success) to keep from dwelling on that.

Powdered Creamer? Bad Coffee?! Sacriledge in Seattle I say! Sacriledge. Don't people know we live in the coffee Mecca of the US
and have to keep our reputation up?
I am so sorry my Dear! I truly am. No one should have to suffer it!

Not bad coffee, just not stellar. Since I'm picky about my coffee, i wont drink it black unless it's truly stellar.
But I agree with you about the powdered creamer :).

My mom has a pretty good recipe to use up non-dairy creamer. Basically you mix that and cocoa powder and sugar and you come up with the stuff they sell as instant cocoa mix. Of course if your boss bought it all in tiny little packets, you're bound to get a paper cut trying to free up enough of it to put in the mix. Lemme know if you want me to hunt down the recipe.
