Managed to avoid another trip to the ER, by successfully replacing the Bug's NG tube. Have to work on the optimum layout of tegaderm to keep it from coming out that easily.
Getting tired of having to replace it at least once a week.

Damn. We count ourselves lucky if we can get an adult to leave the damn thing in for more than 4 days.

Well, as soon as he figures out that his fingers are his to control, I think it's going to get more difficult.
So far, it's come out because A) He vomited it up, or B) he was rubbing his fist down his face and managed to catch the bit between the tegaderm and his nose.
Considering the difficulty we're having with the NG tube, I'm starting to seriously consider a G-tube.
