Really good performance reviews.
Given that my last two performance reviews were for a position I ended up hating so badly I just stopped doing anything (it took them six weeks to realize I wasn't pulling out of this slump, and fire me), it does me good to hear my boss say she thinks I'm doing a really good job.

I like the people, I like the atmosphere, I like the challenges.
I don't like the paperwork, but that will be a failing in any job I hold in this field :).

Still sick. Took him to the Doc yesterday, she said he was not badly sick then, but to keep an eye on him, since he doesn't have any reserves for being sick. I'm going to take him to teh doctors again tomorrow morning, if he doesn't get significantly better before then.
He's reportedly been not as animated as usual. this isn't surprising. He's not feeling well, it's to be expected.
